Using same email address for multiple accounts

Have multiple accounts with all emails going to the one address

Gmail ignores anything after the '+' symbol of an email address, so if you have an account say shanetest@gmail.com you could sign up to a platform with the following addresses:

shanetest+1@gmail.com, shanetest+2@gmail.com, shanetest+test1@gmail.com

All emails will go to the same mailbox for shanetest@gmail.com but most platforms will treat them as seperate addressses. You will also be able to see in gmail the 'to:' part of the email to see which account the email was for.
